Just the Facts Ma'am
estimated initial investment

You've got questions,
We've got answers.

How much can I earn?

We are restricted by the FTC and various state regulations from providing you with specific profit projections. Also, the specific profit projections for each restaurant may vary depending upon size and location, in addition to your business ability and efforts.

What are you looking for in a franchisee?

We are extremely selective in rewarding franchises and are seeking candidates that are guest obsessed passionate about serving people, business minded and highly motivated.

What territories are available?

We are offering Sushi Freak franchises in all 50 states plus select international locations.

Are there any experience requirements to own a Sushi Freak?

Yes, but not necessarily in foodservice. Sushi Freak actively searches for candidates with a strong background in business management.

Do I need to be involved in the
day-to-day operations and management?

At least one owner or a designated manager must be involved on a full-time basis and must be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management.

How is food quality and consistency maintained?

All products, with the exception of produce, are delivered to all our stores by a national distributor on a weekly basis. Our vegetables are purchased from local sources and delivered fresh daily. Our systems are streamlined and easy to follow.

I've heard that sushi is difficult to prepare.
How can we offer quality sushi in a fast-casual setting?

We've streamlined and simplified the sushi rolling process. Our systems make it possible for you to offer high quality, consistent sushi every time all the time without special chefs. Follow our procedures and we'll have you rolling like a master in no time.

What does the franchise system include?

A lot. Owning and operating a Sushi Freak includes: use of the brand name, trademarks, recipes, operational systems
and methods and décor. Additionally, you will receive support in these specific areas:
Facility planning on site location and architectural design
Ongoing support from members of the training & operations team
Specifications for fixtures, equipment & leasehold improvements
Ongoing updates for increasing profitability
Assistance in site selection & lease negotiation
Products with high industry demand
Corporate training for Owner/Operator & Director of Operations/General Managers
Efficiency in all systems
Kitchen/back of the house workflow design
Favorable national contracts with suppliers of goods and services
Operating manuals, policies, procedures & business management systems
